On this project, we helped the builder stabilize this historic brick building during construction. This tenant fit-out changed much of the floor structure and in doing so, exposed deteriorated wood lintels and and bowing masonry walls. The work was performed on the 2nd and 3rd floor and the first floor remained occupied by another tenant during construction. We were able to provide a stabilizing design to the historic masonry facade without interfering with the exterior brick or disturbing the tannate space below.
