The Pursuit Wine Bar project was a tenant improvement project with a significant amount of structural work. This existing masonry corner store front had both street side walls opened to create an indoor outdoor bar space. Recessed street side glazing turned the existing parapets into large hanging masonry masses. New roof top HVAC was supported and the interior was opened up with additional transfer framing.
